What You Bring

-Have solid experience and understand the importance of Health and Safety, particularly risk mitigation and management to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people -Financial and analytical skills including experience working with budgets and regular reporting, identifying trends and always looking to improve practice where you have identified gaps or performance improvement opportunities. -Your cultural awareness will support an aligned approach to our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly in working with Māori and Pacific Peoples, underpinned by a demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti and the application of its principles in strategic and business planning -You'll have proven experience in leading and coaching high performing teams and managing service delivery operations with an agency, social work services or comparable organisation -Have sound ethical judgement, the ability to make decisions that are consistent with our strategic direction -You'll have advanced networking and engagement skills to develop collaborative relationships with agencies, support service providers and the broader community, with experience collaborating on strategic programmes of work -You will be people centric, have high integrity and the ability to communicate clearly and decisively, creating a culture of accountability whilst looking after people -Are you an experienced leader, motivated by building capability and improving practice?

Benefits

-Full time, 12 months fixed term position with a salary of up to $157,839 + 5 weeks' annual leave (pro rata)
