Implement and manage QC plans, conduct audits, ensure compliance for projects.

Tasks
-Create and maintain necessary project specific QC checklists. -Identify technical and administrative controls and create rules, policies, and procedures for the implementation of controls. -Lead all activities involving quality assurance, compliance, audits, deliverables, and process improvement. -Maintain ongoing interface with subcontractor representative for issue resolution, reporting, improvements and audits. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Develop project scorecard on Quality Assurance and report to project and executive teams on the level of adherence. -Document tailored processes across the value stream using ISO, CMMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMBOK, ITIL and other internationally recognized process frameworks. -Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Create and maintain Quality Control Tracking Log (QCTL) with planned and actual schedule for each of the three phases of quality control. -Conduct Mutual Understanding Meeting with subcontractors. -Create and maintain project specific quality plan and assure alignment between External and MMC Quality Plans. -Conduct specific audits to measure the degree of adherence to documented policies and procedures. -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. -Facilitate and coordinate inspections and audits with 3rd party inspectors. -Work on special process improvement projects to identify root cause and put in place corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. -Facilitate and participate in Design reviews. -Gather customer specific quality requirements, review all relevant governing reference material for development and implementation of project specific quality plan. -Verify and status submittal approvals. -Maintain ongoing interface with client/client representative for issue resolution, reporting, improvements and audits.

What You Bring
-Meticulous and diligent attributes -2+ Years of experience with a Bachelors Science Degree in Engineering required specifically in Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred. -Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. -Ability to influence with no direct supervisory authority -Working knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System. -Data Collection, Management and analysis knowledge. -Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. -Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision -Sharp attention to detail -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. -Quick Decision-making abilities. -Must successfully pass a background check -Written and verbal communication -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
