Tasks

-Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for small to mid-size projects -Support contract reviews and risk assessments for new and existing agreements -Lead proposal phase activities, including compliance checks and risk assessments -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex contract issues -Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring version control and accuracy -Contribute to process improvements and best practices in contract administration -Identify and mitigate contractual risks in collaboration with Legal and Risk teams -Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and contractual obligations

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills -Intermediate-level certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA’s CPCM or equivalent) -Minimum qualification LLB law degree from a reputable university -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently -Experience 4-7 years in contract administration, legal support, or related field -Familiarity with international contracting standards and government regulations -Exposure to public sector contracting or infrastructure projects -Working knowledge of contract structures, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks -Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba)
