Tasks

-Establishes quality control processes for objects used in project models. -Collaborates with design teams to identify specific object needs and guarantee their availability. -Participates in the automation of object management using scripts or dedicated tools. -Creates and validates BIM objects according to the requirements of the discipline teams and project specifications. -Integrates feedback to continuously improve the library throughout the project. -Ensures traceability and documentation of objects within the project management systems. -Trains teams in proper use of the library and best modeling practices. -Manages the BIM object library for the project, ensuring its structure, quality, and compliance with Cadence standards.

What You Bring

-Experience in the creation, management, structuring, and quality control of BIM objects. -Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent). -Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.* -Reason for the bilingual requirement: You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse clientele, including both French-speaking and English-speaking companies. Bilingualism is therefore essential to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their unique needs, and communicate effectively in their preferred language. -Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -Pedagogical qualities and a passion for knowledge sharing. -Good knowledge of BIM standards (naming protocols, BEP, client standards, etc.). -Skills in automation/scripting (Dynamo, Revit scripts, or similar tools) are considered an asset. -Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and strong communication skills -Analytical and synthesis skills.
