Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview

Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for apartments and property grounds.

Tasks

-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned -Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Assist in trash removal and cleanup onsite -Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal -Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC

What You Bring

-Light plumbing and electrical experience -Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) -Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers -1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred -High school diploma or equivalent
