Tasks

-Build and sustain a high-performing team capable of supporting both near-term goals and long-term business growth. -Oversee all internal and external operations related to parts supply for the main product line, including purchasing and component planning. -Define and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels while supporting operational continuity. -Develop and execute production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory targets. -Lead and develop a cross-functional team including Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure material readiness and production efficiency. -Ensure proactive communication and alignment with corporate functions on schedules, quality, and cost performance. -Track, analyze, and report plant performance against key metrics, schedules, and business objectives. -Prioritize production based on customer needs, profitability, and business priorities. -Establish contingency and risk mitigation plans for material availability and on-time product delivery.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. -Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. -Proven expertise in capacity planning, inventory control, and lean manufacturing principles. -Prior experience in 3PL (third-party logistics) management is highly preferred -Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and planning and materials management.
