Tasks

-Support the overall operation and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets across DHAM communities. -Liaise with government authorities for compliance matters. -Support portfolio heads in annual budget preparation for landscaping and irrigation. -Develop Scope of Work (SoW) for landscaping and irrigation maintenance and development activities. -Support in evaluating contractors, service providers, and proposals for compliance with scope and standards. -Ensure high-quality upkeep of landscaping assets to meet community expectations. -Collaborate with shared departments, operations teams, and site teams for smooth service delivery. -Safeguard compliance with applicable regulations, community guidelines, and governing documents. -Act as a point of contact with tenants and community stakeholders on landscaping-related concerns. -Ensure all works adhere to landscaping codes, HSSE requirements, and Jointly Owned Property Law (Law No. 06 of 2019). -The role holder is responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on landscaping and irrigation contracts across DHAM’s property portfolio. -Plan and coordinate technical audits, financial audits, and reserve fund studies related to landscaping and irrigation. -Monitor KPIs for landscaping and irrigation services and provide recommendations for improvement. -The role also supports landscaping development projects, ensures compliance with relevant local codes and regulations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to maintain safe, attractive, and well-managed communities that meet stakeholder expectations. -Conduct inspections and supervise site teams to ensure reliable and timely service delivery. -Generate weekly and monthly reports on progress, deficiencies, and performance levels. -Protect and enhance the DHAM brand by ensuring consistent service quality and continuous improvement. -Key responsibilities include overseeing the operations and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets, managing performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring a customer-centric service delivery. -Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. -Ensure effective communication and supervision of contractors and service providers. -Provide recommendations on landscape designs tailored to specific community requirements. -Inspect rectification and development works to ensure quality and timely completion. -Provide technical support for landscaping development projects (small- and large-scale) across DHAM communities.

What You Bring

-Experience in financial budgeting for real estate. -Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. -Advanced knowledge of CAFM systems. -At least 7 years of experience in a landscaping and irrigation management role. -Familiarity with Jointly Owned Property Law (Law No. 06 of 2019) and Decree 22 of 2009. -Strong planning, supervisory, and leadership skills. -Strong knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulatory requirements. -Strong financial and analytical skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related property discipline preferred.
