Ensuring consents/planning conditions/CDM areas/ third party interface arrangements are followed in line with the agreed plan
Ensuring project delivery, inclusive planning, mobilisation and execution, in strict accordance with LOR & NGET policies and procedures ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Ensures compliance with the LOR Management of Temporary works procedure on projects.
Undertaking effective health and safety management in line with the approved plan of works
Ensures that project and company quality procedures are adhered and that they fully address specification and contractual obligations.
Feedback on any additional site survey requirements to ensure comprehensive project understanding and risk management.
Use BIM and digital tools to enhance preconstruction output
Reporting any contract and subcontract management activities, ensuring effective contract administration and coordination with subcontractors.
Record lessons learned and capture knowledge for future projects

Ability to utilise a digital engineering model to provide information to create Visual Method Statements and Visual Task sheets.
Eligible to work in the UK / valid UK visa
Circa 5 years relevant technical / practical experience within an engineering role.
Structures experience - desirable
Inputs into method statements and risk assessments
Professionally qualified / chartered by a recognised body - desirable
First degree in Civil Engineering Discipline, other construction related degree, or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a construction delivery environment.
