Tasks

Provide technical support and training to end-users and operators on system operation and fault rectification. Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of IBMS, FAS, Access Control, CCTV, and other ELV systems. Identify opportunities for retrofits, upgrades, and service sales during customer interactions. Review and validate system designs, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations to ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and timely project completion. Deliver field service support as per SLA commitments and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints. Conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities and manage critical spare parts inventory. Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and system configurations for all assigned projects. The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and service delivery for building automation and energy management systems across commercial and critical infrastructure environments. Hands-on experience in system integration, commissioning, and maintenance. Good understanding of HVAC control systems and energy management principles.
