Tasks

-Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. -Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays -Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts -Provide best-in-class customer experience -Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones -Promote company products and services

All leads are warm & pre-confirmed. -Exceptional customer service -Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road! -Must be self-motivated and results oriented -Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas -Works successfully without requiring close supervision -Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments -Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality -Ability to meet and exceed goals -Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
