Tasks
-Develop best practice user guides on all the analytical concepts and projects in which we work as a team -Perform high level analytics in support of a range of advisory-related tasks detailing justifications in the data, discrepancies and possible enhancements to the data to ensure that work completed demonstrates solid thinking and problem solving skills -Provide oversight and support to Aviation Analysts in their development of Analytical projects for airports in the UK and around the world -Manage internal benchmarking databases across the aviation community to best serve our projects by facilitating users to access pertinent information -Oversee possible future additional junior staff and mentor their development in best practice forecasting and data analytics -Writing high quality technical and market related reports and proposals and presenting project material to colleagues and clients -Further develop in-house built Forecasting and Capacity Optimisation Tools -Undertake client visits both domestically and abroad in support of project delivery and client relationship development and enhancement -Support the engagement and management of subconsultants Undertake line management duties (where applicable as this may not immediately be the case)

What You Bring
-Excellent written communication and attention to detail, being able to oversee the development of excel models and PowerPoint presentations, telling the story and connecting it back to the client’s challenge of us -The willingness to undertake tasks that may not always be the most exciting but are critical to the success of the projects -A methodical and numerical approach to problem solving and critical thinking -The ability to lead tasks independently -Demonstrated ability to pick up or investigate / research things such as coding and other analytics-related tasks to support project delivery -Engaging with aviation clients, demonstrating strong knowledge assimilation and applying this to project assignments -Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and colleagues -An ability to work under a flexible (agile) working arrangement both in office and remotely -The ability to engage as part of a multi-disciplinary team and a diverse range of projects -An ability to explain the analysis to a non-technical audience -Advanced user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI desirable)
