Tasks

-Incorporate design requirements into analyses and design documents. -Perform structural design of different structural components such as walls, slabs, foundations, etc. -Perform structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis tools to develop the structural demands on different structural component -Perform structural analysis and design of different structural systems and components of a nuclear power plant -Support developing design and detailed drawings and specifications -Perform functional allocation to operators or plant control systems. -Provide on-time, quality delivery of engineering documentation in accordance with contract requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines. -Perform seismic analysis and evaluation of different structural systems and components in NPPs

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects and programs. -PhD Degree in civil structural engineering. -This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. -Bachelor's or Master’s Degree of Science in civil structural engineering . -Registered Professional Engineer in the United States or Canada -Strong oral and written communication skills -Demonstrated ability to operate within an established technical framework, learn quickly, and sort through information and make timely and sound decisions. -0-3 years of civil engineering analysis and design experience -Solid technical writing skills with focus on detailed requirements, design, and description documents.
