Overview

Lead and expand Egis' Structures service line (tunnels, ports, geotech, bridges) in Canada

Tasks

-Be a trusted advisor and ambassador for Egis, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Maximize the financial success of the service line, with full P&L responsibility. -Ensure service excellence, efficiency, and cost-effective resource management. -Anticipate market shifts and innovations to position Egis at the forefront of the industry. -Develop and implement visionary business plans for Tunnels, Ports and Marine, Geotechnical, and Bridges. -Spearheaded marketing campaigns aligned with Egis’ strategic goals in Canada. -Identify, develop, and convert leads into transformative projects. -Oversee the executive management of Structures teams across Canada. -Play a key role in M&A activities to propel Egis’ expansion and integration. -Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and teams, fostering growth and innovation. -Collaborate with HR, Commercial, and Operations teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent. -Foster synergy across Canadian and international teams, driving cross-collaboration and success. -Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in Ports and Marine, Tunnels, Geotechnical, or Bridges. -Lead proposal preparation, ensuring innovative, client-centric solutions. -Lead operational and budgetary planning with a focus on growth and profitability. -Establish and grow a strong organizational structure for our Structures Service Line in Canada. -Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to deliver exceptional project outcomes. -Ensure designs meet and exceed codes, standards, and regulations.
