Tasks

-Provide governance advice and support necessary to assist project leadership teams and staff to fulfil their safety responsibilities to the high standards demanded by the business. -Facilitate and coach operational teams on Inclusion & Wellbeing and the respective engagement tools, which will allow the team to engage effectively with the workforce. -Carry out relevant Health & Safety assurance activities, providing confidence to the business that operational effectiveness of all relevant processes are being delivered. -Manage a team of health ands safety professionals to provide support to a portfolio of infrastructure projects

What You Bring

-Experience on civils, infrastructure, or energy projects. -Confident in coaching, training, auditing, and investigating. -Access to PMI -Strong understanding of occupational health, wellbeing, and safety risk management. -Level 6 health & safety qualification (or equivalent). -Member of a relevant professional body (IOSH, IIRSM, etc.).
