Tasks

-Investigation and Verifying Bank Transactions. -Recording Bank Receipts and Payments. -Processing Bank Payments. -Sharing Appropriate Financial Data Across the Business. -Prepare and Deliver Accurate Parking Revenue Reports to Clients and Senior Management. -Monitor and Analyse Financial Performance Across Parking Sites. -Handling Finance Correspondence. -Assisting in Office and Finance Department Operations. -Accuracy calculating figures for revenue shares. -Collaboration with the Parking Department.

What You Bring

-Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload. -Level 2 AAT qualified or equivalent. -Excellent written English, strong email communication skills. -Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -At least 2 years finance experience or equivalent. -Calm and resourceful with the ability to respond effectively and positively to pressure. -Proficiency in various finance tasks, including bank transactions, and nominal ledger reconciliations. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and ever-changing environment. -Good attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
