Sell off‑plan properties, meet targets, advise clients, and liaise with developers in Dubai

Tasks
-Keep up to date with market trends and best practices -Identify creative & innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business -Actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc. -Assist in negotiations between buyers and developers -Present to potential clients and advise them on investment opportunities -Abide by RERA standards -Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike -Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws -Develop and maintain relationships across different developers -Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM -Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments -Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management -Maintain a high professional profile at all times -Advise Clients in the process of buying through a developer, guiding them in finding the best options as per their requirements -Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

What You Bring
-Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent) -Strong negotiation and selling skills -Proven record of achieving sales targets -Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal -Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Dubai market -RERA license -Confident in presentation delivery -Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients (weekends, as required) -To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing a property purchase. -Excellent communication skills, written and spoken -Good organisational skills -Have an in-depth knowledge of UAE based projects and the ability to pitch these to potential buyers -Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car -Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase and sale of a property
