The Role
Overview
Assist GM to oversee daily ops, finance, and resident services in luxury flexible‑stay apartments.

Tasks
-Maintain accurate resident rent ledgers and personal information -Utilize strong communication across all departments to collaborate effectively in order to meet and exceed team goals -Process new applications and set up and execute new leases -Monitor the financial operation and achieving budgeted NOI -Provide direction to maintenance, housekeeping, and resident services team members regarding daily tasks, if instructed by the General Manager or in their absence -Provide high-level support to other departments such as leasing and resident services -Assist with resident relations and enforce community rules and regulations -Maintain strong relationships and manage communication with all vendor partners -Process all receipts daily including rent payments, credit card charges, and ACH payments -Maintain accuracy of all resident and vendor files -Assist the General Manager from a leadership perspective to ensure the team is operating at the highest level -Process and negotiate lease renewals as per the direction of the General Manager -Ensure all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the community are running smoothly -Prepare accurate invoices for new and existing corporate clients to ensure timely remittance of payment

What You Bring
-Strong detail orientation and high degree of accuracy -Superior time management skills and proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines -Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred -High proficiency in Microsoft Excel -Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial management and reporting -Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills -Working knowledge of industry software systems such as Yardi, Voyager, PAYScan, and Oscar is a plus
