HRIS Analyst handling recruiting system management and HR data administration.

Tasks
-Provide monthly reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. -Configure recruiting dashboards, reports, and analytics to support hiring goals and company reporting. -Administer and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting modules within the HRIS. -Streamline workflows, improve candidate experience, and enhance recruiter efficiency. -Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to HR and recruiting users. -Develop and deliver reports on recruiting metrics, headcount, turnover, and other HR data. -Ensure recruiting data and processes comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., EEO). -Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules. -Maintain data integrity across HRIS platforms including employee records, job requisitions, and onboarding workflows. -Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides/standard operating procedures. -Support HR Business Partners with onboarding and offboarding steps -Work closely with IT, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to ensure system alignment and data accuracy. -Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR technology and process improvement.
