Tasks

-Conduct Market and Regulatory Research: Assist with research and analysis related to upcoming solar and storage sales for on-site and utility customers, including reviewing regulatory frameworks and utility procurement cycles to identify Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) opportunities. Conduct financial analysis to determine viability of new sales opportunities or markets. -Support Out-of-Platform Sales Strategy: Contribute to Prologis Energy’s new rooftop solar campaign targeting out-of-platform buildings by assisting with key customer identification, data analysis, and preparation for offtake negotiations and agreement execution. -Assist with Customer Energy Proposals: Support the energy solutions sales team with the development of energy proposals for customers by evaluating customer energy usage, calculating expected customer utility bill impacts, and creating customer communication materials, including competitive bid submissions.
