Tasks
As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for managing BIM technology within a construction project, ensuring that all stakeholders follow the established protocols and standards. In addition, the BIM Manager is responsible for managing the BIM team, developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows, and ensuring that BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project requirements. -Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows following project requirements, industry standards, and best practices. -Implement quality control and quality assurance processes for BIM models and data, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards. -Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine BIM deliverables, goals, and requirements. -Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and model management plans, ensuring they are communicated and followed by all stakeholders. -Stay updated on the latest BIM technology, tools, and trends, and identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and processes. -Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and codes and are accurate, up-to-date, and coordinated with other disciplines. -Manage and coordinate the creation, integration, and maintenance of BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle. -Lead the BIM team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective use of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines related to BIM activities. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the BIM team and other project stakeholders. -Manage the BIM software and hardware resources, including licenses, training, and support.

What You Bring
-Strong leadership and people management skills, including motivating and developing a team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. -Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. -Familiarity with BIM-related codes and standards, such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and COBie. -Experience with 4D and 5D BIM is a plus. -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve BIM-related issues. -Strong knowledge of BIM technology, software, and standards, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. -Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. -Proven experience in BIM management, with at least 5-7 years of experience in construction projects.
