Tasks

-Review and approve design documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and constructability. -Support business development efforts with technical input when requested. -Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate design with execution strategies. -Coordinate with project managers to align design efforts with overall project goals and timelines. -Monitor design progress and proactively resolve technical challenges. -Manage design schedules, deliverables, and resources across multiple concurrent projects. -Conduct design reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards and project requirements. -Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to support technical discussions. -Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure design alignment. -Implement and maintain design quality control processes. -Lead the development of design solutions with a focus on technical accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. -Champion continuous improvement in design workflows and documentation. -Provide mentorship and guidance to design staff on technical matters and best practices.
