-Estimating and selling reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties. -Inspecting the property damage (onsite). Damages include: fire, water, wind and hail claims and any other construction related damage. -Sell the job to the property owner. -Prepare an estimate for the job. -Negotiate with the insurance company.
