What You Bring

The company are looking for either an experienced Project QS or Senior QS to join their team, with responsibility for managing and controlling costs, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), planning, and financial reporting. The role includes ensuring that all cost management procedures are followed, delivering cost estimates and financial reports, and implementing cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. -Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning -Good knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Proficiency with relevant software and tools. -Ability to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and deliver cost reporting -Experience in the construction industry is a plus -Strong analytical and numerical skills -Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
