Tasks

-Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks while resolving issues promptly and driving continuous improvement. -Overseeing quality assurance, system commissioning, and comprehensive project close-out documentation. -Developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client and company expectations. -Leading and managing the full delivery of the mechanical systems package from inception to closeout. -Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure smooth and timely project execution. -Championing health and safety compliance and embedding a positive safety culture across all mechanical works.

What You Bring

-A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. -Strong leadership skills, with experience motivating and developing engineering and project teams. -Proven experience managing complex mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or similarly regulated sectors. -Excellent project management capabilities, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. -Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across diverse teams.
