Tasks

-Provide strong leadership-guiding, coaching, and motivating all operational staff to perform to the highest possible standards. -Take ownership of significant customer orders, including planning, coordinating, attending site meetings, and delivering projects to a high commercial and technical standard. -Lead and manage the company’s operational departments, including Field Service, Technical Support, and Project Management. -Support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

What You Bring

-Proven experience managing teams and people at multiple levels. -Strong experience working with customers in construction-related environments and various market sectors. -Technical qualifications in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering. -Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Quality principles. -5+ years’ experience in an operational leadership or management role (technical, service or project management).
