The Role

Overview

Repair, maintain, and upgrade production equipment and electrical systems.

Tasks

-Maintain logs, complete ISO documentation, order and track materials. -Wire machinery and electrical panels according to electrical prints and diagrams. -Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas of responsibility. -Troubleshoot basic PLC and control equipment. -Perform electrical repairs on production equipment. -Participate in preventative maintenance (PM) activities from an electrical perspective. -Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery. -Collaborate effectively with other maintenance personnel, machine operators, and management on projects and process improvements.

What You Bring

-Possess basic knowledge of large horsepower AC/DC drive systems and associated software. -Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet strict deadlines. -Digital multimeter -Familiarity with industrial control components such as: -Strong problem-solving skills with complex mechanical and electrical systems. -Demonstrate mechanical ability to service production equipment. -Skilled in the use of tools and electrical test equipment, including: -Ability to read and interpret ladder logic diagrams and electrical schematics. -Understanding and ability to measure/troubleshoot analog and digital signals. -Computer literacy, including experience with Maintenance Work Order Management Systems. -Knowledge of industrial safety and electrical codes and regulations. -Strong mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of: -Proficiency in running conduit and wiring in an industrial environment. -Basic knowledge of PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley. -5–10 years of hands-on electrical experience with large industrial equipment. -Proximity sensors
