Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Assist customers with product inquiries, quotes, and orders as a bilingual inside sales rep.

Tasks

-Use our nationally-linked inventory management system to fill customer orders and maintain inventory control -Prepare quotes for windows and other exterior building products based on architect plans -Provide exceptional service to all customers by developing a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services -Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries and processing orders -Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with customers -Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. -Ability to lift and carry boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds -Computer skills, including use of a keyboard and monitor -High level of integrity and commitment to customer service -Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus -Strong interest in sales and/or retail, as evidenced by previous job experience or education -Be willing to assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials as needed -Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
