  • Oversee Local Law 11/FISP inspections and reporting
  • Coordinate with DOB, building owners, and stakeholders
  • Manage building envelope design and historic preservation efforts
  • Support contractor walkthroughs, bid reviews, and construction administration
  • Lead major restoration projects including façades, roofs, plazas, and garages
  • Mentor and train junior staff
  • Prepare architectural plans, details, and specifications

Requirements

10+ yrs
  • Strong command of AutoCAD and Excel
  • NYC project experience and deep understanding of restoration practices
  • Registered Architect (RA) with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in Local Law 11/FISP
