Tasks

-Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more. -Maintain great relationship with customers by providing best-in-class customer service and ensure all service requirements are met. -Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company’s financials. -Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed, finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result. -Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing. -Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work.

What You Bring

-Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite. -Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines. -Self-motivated and can work independently. -Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. -Associate degree in related field is preferred. -Proven experience in service coordination. -Willingness to ask questions. -Strong work ethic.
