Tasks

-Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality -Provide technical support and training to end-users -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions -Document processes, procedures, and system configurations -Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications -Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements -Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and applications -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network

What You Bring

-Experience with system design and implementation -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Experience with technical software such as Office 365, Power Shell, Power BI and/or Azure would be considered an asset -Two-year Technical Diploma focusing within the field of information technology -Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and network infrastructure -Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently -Previous experience within an IT environment -Microsoft and/or ITIL Certification would be considered an asset -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) -Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues -Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
