Lead design & project management for connectivity solutions (DAS, Wi‑Fi, fiber, small cells)

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Be involved with providing and presenting technical information to customers from quote to close. -Support RFP responses. -Drive DAS, Wifi, fiber, Small Cell and other projects from inception to operation. -Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives. -Work as an extension of the Sales Team in a customer-facing role. -Review customer designs for feasibility and accuracy in material. -Coordinate with OEMs to develop training, understand technical roadmaps, and ensure supply chain continuity. -Create and implement long-term goals and objectives for the design team -Develop detailed bills of material for applications. -Explores and diligence new business opportunities, obtaining realistic quotes for material costs to deploy a particular network. -Develop standards for Implementation, RF Engineering & System Acceptance. -Develop strategic relationships with DAS, Fiber, Wifi and Construction Service providers. -Assist Director of Construction and other engineers in developing strategies and contingencies for technological changes. -Solve customer problems by recommending products and design suggestions.

What You Bring

-and 15+ years experience in wireless telecommunications with demonstrated management capabilities. Strong knowledge of DAS, Wifi, Private networks and fiber optic systems -You have a strong work ethic. -Valid Government Issued Driver's License -and 5-10 years Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing employee/contractor relations items in conjunction with management. -Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook. -IBWave certification preferred -Eye/Hand/Foot Coordination Occasionally -Lifting Occasionally (70lbs) -Carrying Occasionally -Standing Frequently -Walking Frequently -Talking Frequently -Reaching Occasionally -Grasping Occasionally -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study; -You are resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Hearing Frequently -Present to executive leadership on team status, industry trends, and other pertinent topics. -Other Successful completion of the Fundamentals in Engineering Exam Pref -Handling Occasionally -Repetitive Motions Frequently
