Support sales reps with licensing, onboarding, assets, and system troubleshooting.

Tasks

-Update employee profile pages including employee photos, apparel sizes and sensitive personal information. -Assist new sales reps in completing required onboarding tasks -Maintain quality and urgency in a fast-paced environment -Work in Vivint systems like Salesforce, Success Factors, and other internal programs as needed -Ensure sales reps are properly licensed. This includes providing licensing requirements, sending licensing applications, and fingerprinting. -Help Sales representatives troubleshoot systems -Assist sales reps with obtaining sales assets like iPads, knocking shirts and badges -Perform in-depth audits of customer accounts to guarantee correct pay for the sales representatives -Communicate with the sales force by phone, email, text and walk-ins -Manage employee position changes including promotions, transfers, hierarchal changes etc.

What You Bring

-Ability to understand the needs of sales reps and how that translates to success -Must be able to lift 50 lbs -Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve -Proactive attitude -Ability to learn quickly the following systems: MS Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, and any other Vivint systems as needed -Must feel comfortable talking to sales reps by phone, text, email and in person -Superior customer service skills and friendly disposition
