The Role

Overview

Perform refinery maintenance, turnarounds, and supervise labor under a foreman.

Tasks

-May be required to work from drawings and blueprints. -May be required to train and supervise apprentices. -Complete the Company’s Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client/Site specific training. -Always represents the Company with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics". -Perform duties within a precise limit or standard of accuracy (Quality Control).

What You Bring

-Must obtain and maintain an active status within the appropriate drug testing program. -Must work well with supervision. -MUST have a 20-hour high hazard facility training card -Minimum of three (3) years or more in refinery maintenance experience. -Must be able to perform Turnaround duties when required. -Must be able to work independently after being properly directed by a foreman and lead helpers and laborers through the job safely. -Must be able to pass an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Craft proficiency test at or above 70% or complete the NCCER certification for your craft. -MUST have TWIC card. -MUST have Verification of 6,000 craft related hours OR Graduated journeyperson status preferred. -Good understanding of boilermaker type work and knowledge of basic hand tools. -Must know how to select the proper tools and equipment to complete a job.
