Tasks

-Develop checklists and implement a QA system for consistent, high-quality design delivery. -Coordinate with structural, services, project, and site teams to ensure feasibility and design compliance. -Ensure the right people are in the right roles and drive a culture of ownership and excellence. -Design and implement key processes for planning, communication, reporting, and analysis. -Meet homeowners to understand requirements and develop design solutions that are simple, functional, and aligned with TE aesthetics. -Conduct stage-wise site inspections to ensure the work aligns with design intent. -Create standardization across products and projects in line with Total Environment’s design philosophy. -Prepare and review construction drawings, specification sets, and BoQs. -Build and mentor a team by providing training, support, and guidance.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with TE-style design and detailing will be an added advantage -Experience: Minimum 7 years in residential design, interiors, or customisation -Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills -Strong in design detailing, documentation, and project coordination -Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture or Design
