Drive interdisciplinary collaboration with drilling, mine engineering, hydrogeology, geomechanics, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions
Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards, guidelines, checklists, and QA/QC procedures for geological work products
Mentor and train staff; organize internal training and technical forums to build depth and consistency across offices and market sectors
Provide specialized technical support on pursuits and projects, ensuring technical quality, adherence to scope, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Review and de risk designs/deliverables to identify and mitigate technical risks before client delivery
Collaborate with Program Managers to allocate appropriately skilled geoscientists to projects; monitor utilization and coordinate deployment to meet delivery priorities across market sectors
Serve as a visible technical leader through publications, presentations, and active involvement in professional associations
Partner with People & Culture to integrate technical pathways into onboarding and career development, and support retention
Maintain and advance RESPEC’s technical expertise and innovation in geology through best practices, applied research, and continuous improvement.
