Overview

Prepares permit & start packages, enters data, handles applications for home construction.

Tasks

-Complete/pre-fill county and city applications for permits -Set up Permit & Start Package information for new communities -Entry of Permit/Start information into databases -Approve check requests and write checks for permit application fees -Copy and fax information needed for permit/start packages -Maintain monthly department statistics -Folding, storing, and handling of blue prints -Research information via Internet and phone permit application processes for different locations

What You Bring

-Detail oriented and organized -Problem and research skills -Valid driver's license -Ability to work in fast paced environment -High School Diploma or GED -Strong multi-taking skills -Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access experience -Previous homebuilding experience preferred -Data entry and file management experience -Notary Public is preferred
