Tasks

-Wire electrical panels according to provided electrical schematics. -Operate CNC equipment such as lathes and mills (experience preferred but not required). -Perform precision fabrication using hand tools and power tools. -Perform miscellaneous tasks related to machine building and integration. -Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. -Interpret and work from mechanical fabrication drawings. -Assist the automation team with equipment testing and troubleshooting. -Provide feedback to the mechanical design team for improvements or clarifications. -Assemble pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Machining & CNC Operations -Weld steel components to required specifications.

The Machine Builder / Fabricator role involves building, fabricating, and assembling custom machinery and automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities. -Proven ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually. -Intermediate proficiency in reading part and assembly drawings. -Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for installations, support, or training. -Experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill). -Basic computer skills. -Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English. -Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for scalable Machine Learning deployment Knowledge of computational chemistry and cheminformatics -High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification -Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality. -Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing onto and beneath machines. -Background in pharmaceutical or industrial chemical analysis -Familiarity with automation equipment and testing procedures.
