Design and manage technical training programs for engineering and project teams.

Tasks
-Work with members of the Office of Project Management and other engineering and technical leaders to plan, define and implement a variety of training programs and content -Create course content utilizing a variety of adult learning modalities including instructor-led courses, webinars, interactive eLearning, mobile-learning, business application segments, and on-the-job activities -Manage the planning, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide technical training and project management programs, including managing logistics such as invitations, scheduling, tracking, rosters, and recordings among other duties -Leverage learning analytics and feedback to continuously improve and update training strategies -Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts across a variety of technical capacities on the development of technical and solution-focused programming. Lead planning discussions with technical SMEs and learning and development specialists in the creation of content and delivery of training -Manage and support a stakeholder group of business leaders in technical functions. Provide rotating technical support of co/lab approximately once per month

What You Bring
-Experience using Microsoft Suite, including Power Automate and Power BI -Travel (up to 5-10% if needed from time to time) -Experience working with technical experts and business leaders in a professional services environment -Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills -Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience -Experience with project management tools helpful -Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly, and to convert technical or complex information and concepts into easily understandable content -Ability to work with cross functional teams and leaders at all levels -Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture. Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage workloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment -Experience in a technical profession relevant to Black & Veatch markets -Experience developing training videos and multimedia presentations -Knowledge of adult learning, design process, needs assessments and discovery -8+ years of experience required -Demonstrated skills using video editing software (Experience with Camtasia and Adobe Premier preferred) -Familiarity with commercial construction industry and sustainable solutions -Experience using Learning Management Systems preferred -All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. -Strong eye for modern design aesthetic and an ability to follow a style guide to maintain brand -Experience leading and influencing development discussions with senior-level business leaders and technical experts
