Tasks
-Support leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates -Help coordinate maintenance requests and property upkeep -Take charge of the rent collection process, with a particular focus on managing and resolving delinquent accounts -Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and other relevant regulations -Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations and team management -Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets -Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally -Participate in resident retention initiatives and community events

What You Bring
-Industry certifications (e.g., CAM, NALP) are a plus -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills -Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred -2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury residential properties -Strong financial acumen with experience in rent collection and delinquency management -Proficiency in property management software -Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
