The Role

Overview

Create detailed AutoCAD drawings of grocery store delivery stations and layout plans.

Tasks

-Review and engage with stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans. -Deliver new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits to enhance safety, quality, and capacity. -Collaborate with Design Engineers, other CAD drafters, and various teams to deliver approved design sets. -Implement new template designs, process improvements, and safety processes into standard designs. -Translate requirements and standards into detailed interior CAD drawings. -Work with Design Engineers to determine requirements for delivery station layouts. -Support the Design quality control process through daily peer reviews and adherence to checklists and standards.

What You Bring

-Associates Degree. -3+ years of project coordinating experience. -Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Bluebeam. -Understanding of architectural floor plans, preferably in large warehouse environments. -Excellent project management skills. -Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and design, with 3+ years of experience. -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with various stakeholders. -Revit is a preferred skill.
