Tasks

-Operate cutting torches and manual plasma cutters when required. -Interpret blueprints and collaborate with the Lead person to confirm job requirements. -Set up welding machines and adjust settings for various applications. -Inspect welds for quality, repairing defective joints as needed. -Wear the required PPE for the given position. -Gather necessary materials and perform layout work according to specifications. -Weld steel, aluminum, copper, and other materials in multiple positions and joint configurations. -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by performing regular housekeeping duties.

What You Bring

-Respectful and team oriented -Able to read tape measures and blueprints -Skilled in utilizing cutting torches, brushes, pads, buffers, grinders, overhead cranes, and rubber hammers -Standing /Walking for extended periods of time, -At least one year of welding experience -Innovative & adaptable -Must be trained in applicable SOPs and work instructions -Ability to properly operate welding equipment. -Lift up to 50lbs., -High School Diploma or GED -Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands:
