Tasks

-Conduct site visits for inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies. -Create and review architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings. -Assist in technical interviews for architectural department recruitment. -Prepare authority submissions and follow up for timely approvals. -Integrate advanced technologies and software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM). -Mentor junior architects and supervise drafting teams. -Review contractor submittals and ensure adherence to specifications. -Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), MOMRA guidelines, and local authority regulations. -Maintain project records, correspondence, and progress reports. -Prepare specifications and material selection guidelines. -Implement sustainable design principles and stay updated on industry trends. -Lead technical discussions with municipalities and regulatory bodies. -Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate architectural solutions. -Coordinate across disciplines for seamless design execution.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software. -Experience: 10–15+ years in architectural design and consultancy, preferably on mega projects. -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred). -Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership. -Professional certifications (e.g., RIBA, AIA) are a plus.
