Support senior pre‑construction engineer in developing design management plans

Tasks
-Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and design partners allowing design deliverables to successfully move through to handover to project delivery teams in line with client requirements. -Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 in design, and Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and standards. -Work with estimating and planning teams to ensure an accurate procurement schedule is developed in line with the programme. -Manage supply chain design input and technical queries. -Support, and perform the role of where appropriate, Temporary Works Coordinator to develop a temporary works register. -Support the preparation of Design Management Plans, Risk Registers, and Delivery Plans ensuring consideration to cost, quality and buildability.

What You Bring
-HND/HNC in a related engineering discipline (BEng/MEng preferred). -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of CDM (2015) and temporary works. -Strong IT proficiency and attention to detail. -Experience managing sub-contract and supply chain input. -Proven technical understanding of design and construction processes.
