Manage daily school premises, security, repairs, health & safety, and contractor liaison.

Tasks
-Liaise with contractors on-site and monitor cleaning standards -Complete minor Health & Safety checks and associated records (fire systems, emergency lighting, water systems) -Check heating, lighting, and hot water systems for functionality -Activate/deactivate alarms and lock all doors, windows, and gates at the end of each day -Carry out minor repairs, make safe any hazards, and report urgent faults -Perform general portering duties, including moving furniture and handling deliveries -Open and close the school daily, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe and secure -Maintain outdoor areas, clear litter, empty bins, and ensure safe pathways during adverse weather -Provide cover for lettings, emergencies, and other schools as required, including contractor inductions and training support
