Tasks
-Consult with hiring managers on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices. -Collaborates with the TA and Marketing teams to proactively communicate culture, values and job opportunities using a variety of social media platforms, in-house platforms, job boards, etc. -Coordinate and manage a consistent, efficient hiring process for data center projects -Assist with preparing offer letters and additional forms. -Tracks and maintains all recruiting metrics organization requires. -Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details and answer questions. -Supports initiatives aimed at improving hiring efficiencies and strengthening recruitment efforts. -Works with TA team to attract new talent from post-secondary schools. -Represents the company at career fairs and recruitment events to build brand awareness and connect with prospective talent across key markets. -Prepare and distribute interview agendas and materials. -Build and nurture relationships with prospective talent, internal stakeholders, external networks, post-secondary institutions, and search firm partners – with special attention to talent pipelines in the data center space -Ensure a positive candidate experience and satisfaction throughout the process -Conducts initial phone screens and makes recommendations to the hiring manager. -Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates by maintaining timely and clear communication throughout the process. -Drive overall talent acquisition success with an emphasis on data center roles -Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation in the applicant tracking system and TA shared files. -Proactively address candidate inquiries and concerns. -Schedule and coordinate interview with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless process. -Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, TA team, and Hiring Managers to develop and implement workforce pipeline strategies, specifically aligned to data center staffing -Assists in screening resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates. -When needed assist in coordinating candidate’s travel, lodging, etc. for interviews and first day.

-Ability to professionally voice concerns and effectively deal with conflict -Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solve -Fully understands recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs. -Positive can do attitude and continual learner -Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills -Experience with full life cycle recruiting process -Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines -Experience hiring in the construction industry -Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications -Talent to establish rapport and effectively advise all levels within the organization -1-3 years of related experience with an emphasis in technical recruiting or sourcing -Ability to work with confidential data and maintain privacy -Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, LI Recruiter, job boards and social media platforms -Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
