The Role

Overview

Provide admin and coordination support, manage communication and customer service for projects.

Tasks

-Be part of, and support, the central point of communication for queries related to the project, whilst liaising with the Operations Director, Project Manager, and all Site Staff (including Sub-Contractors) where appropriate. -Assists with producing quotes for Green Homes applications. -Focus on customer engagement and service, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. -Liaising with field-based teams daily to ensure job allocation and completion, as well as notification of signs offs on the client database to provide completion packs. -Have a clear understanding of the day-to-day basis of the project, as well as the tasks assigned to ensure the smooth running of the project from an administration perspective. -Respond, log, and track any customer complaints ensuring a successful outcome is reached.

-Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to prioritize work to deliver successful outcomes. -Demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility to deliver projects within budget & timeframe. -Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to influence others and be able to convey technically challenging information through a variety of platforms including presentations, written reports, diagrams, and graphics. -Ability to solve problems and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
