The Role

Overview

Support UX research activities, gather and analyze user data, and convey insights to guide product development.

Tasks

-Collaborating closely with the UX team to understand research objectives and contribute to a consistent, user-centered experience across our product portfolio. -Helping to synthesize research findings and share actionable insights, enabling data-driven storytelling that drives a user-centric approach among product, engineering, and design counterparts. -Growing your research skills and toolkit through hands-on experience with various methods, including persona development, journey mapping, usability testing, concept testing, and discovery interviews. -Assisting in the planning, facilitation, and analysis of user research studies, working with both qualitative and quantitative data to gather feedback and validate concepts. -Bringing the voice of the user to the forefront by actively participating in research activities that inform and shape product development. -Developing a deep understanding of our markets and users, contributing to the definition of user personas and user roles.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with research tools or platforms (e.g., survey tools, remote testing platforms) is a plus, but not required -Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in fields such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, User Experience Design, or a related subject area. -Strong work ethic: Demonstrates resourcefulness, creativity, and persistence in tackling research challenges and achieving project goals. -Self-confidence: Confident in communicating research findings and insights, with the willingness to seek collaborative solutions and adopt feedback. -Working in a fast-paced, agile environment supporting multiple products, where your research contributions directly impact product direction. -Demonstrating curiosity about users, UX, and our products, with a strong willingness to learn and apply new research methodologies. -Academic projects or experiences that demonstrate an understanding of user-centered research principles and methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
