Tasks

-Summary: Lead and coordinate all surveying activities across highway and roadway construction projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with design and quality standards. Supervise and mentor field survey teams, manage data collection and processing, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and construction departments. -Ensure the correct use and maintenance of surveying instruments and equipment, particularly Leica and Trimble systems. -Provide training, guidance, and technical support to junior surveyors and field engineers. -Plan, organize, and oversee all surveying operations on site, including topographic, layout, and as-built surveys. -Manage survey data using Civil 3D and ensure seamless integration with the design and construction teams. -Coordinate survey teams, assign tasks, and verify deliverables to maintain accuracy and productivity. -Prepare and maintain survey documentation, reports, and as-built records for project handover. -Review and interpret design drawings, models, and project specifications to ensure precise execution in the field. -Monitor and enforce compliance with project quality, safety, and environmental requirements. -Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve discrepancies and validate survey results.

What You Bring

-Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. -Availability to work on-site and adapt to project schedules. -Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data management software. -Bachelor Degree in Topography, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or similar. -A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Survey Manager in highway, roadway, or large-scale infrastructure projects. -Proven experience with Leica and Trimble instruments and data collection systems. -Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.

-Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 40 hours weekly (9 hours daily, one hour for lunch break).
