Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Tasks

-Coordinate with service manager to develop sales strategies and, when necessary, to close deals -Maintain all sales activity in the Tecta CRM program -Manage the service projects won through your efforts. -Follow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals -Partner with clients to establish their needs -Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies -Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner -Follow up on direct mail campaigns -Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle -Work with Service Manager to understand where/how to generate additional leads and referrals -Assemble proposals and reports for clients -Present clients with the most appropriate solutions

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust. -Demonstrated success in sales and a strong record of achievement and results. -Ability to travel locally out of the office 80% of the time. -Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations. -Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone. -3 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field preferred (Not required) -Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roofs. -Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle.
