Tasks

-Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the Project Leadership -Deliver full design services tailored to our client needs, from concept design through to project handover. -Actively engage with the development of tools to support efficient working practices and automation. -Support design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. -Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.

What You Bring

-Project experience working on complex buildings. -Minimum 3 to 5 years post-graduate experience. -Proven experience in the delivery of complex, highly technical projects working as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as individually. -Knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and BCAR system and procedures. -Strong knowledge in producing detail design packages, specifications and delivering projects through detailed design, construction and handover in Ireland or the UK. -Ability to manage the design and delivery of medium to large, technical projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is beneficial. -Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all stakeholder, clients, consultants etc. -Skilled in REVIT and experience working in a BIM environment is required. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Bachelor’s degree of Architectural Technology.
